"Regard man as a mine rich in gems of inestimable value. Education can, alone, cause
it to reveal its treasures, and enable mankind to benefit therefrom."
-- Bahá'u'lláh, Prophet/Founder of the Bahá'í Faith
As you can see, the Bahá'í Faith believes that every human being has been given gifts by God,
and education enables us to discover and develop those gifts. The Bahá'í communities in Dane County
offer children's classes on Sundays during the school year,
following family devotions, at the Bahá'í Center, 324 W. Lakeside Street, Madison. The program begins
at 10:00AM, with classes from 10:30 til Noon. Children of all ages are welcome to come and learn about
how the Teachings of the Bahá'í Faith can develop their virtues and enable them to grow up and serve mankind.
Children will enjoy the warm and loving atmosphere, the music and the creative lessons. Parents are
welcome to attend adult classes, knowing their children are learning about how God loves them, and
how each of us must learn to love each other.
